First: Nudity per se does not have any of the terrible characteristics unreflective people think it has. It is simply the condition of not having any clothes on. It isn’t “disgusting”, “obscene”, “lewd”, “offensive”, “gross”, or “harmful”. Such supposed characteristics are nothing but lies that people in far too many cultures tell each other, especially their children – not realizing they are simply parroting back what they have heard from others, probably since they were very young.
Second: It is actually very easy to get used to being naked. Especially when one is alone, but also with other people who no longer believe the lies and calumnies about nudity that are repeatedly mindlessly by people who haven’t understood the first point.
If you follow the crowd, you will likely get no further than the crowd. If you walk alone, you’re likely to end up in places no one has ever been before.
